The 'Three Qi' is another name for the Three Cinnabar Fields.
This is due to the fact that they are where the Qi [comes from and] goes to.
'Right side to return' means to roam about in smooth sequence means
to create a gentle harmonization of the Yin and Yang.
Therefore, the Four Barriers and the Nine Orifices are not impeded in their
connection to each other, so that circulation is bright and unstressed,
[Page 11]
and there is also no sickness or hardship.

'Orthodox Unity' talks about the 'Harmonious Flower' (He Hua),
And [why] it is 'Full and Plentiful'.

Harbored within, a true and positive defence of all the Mental Qi
(invested in specific organs (Shen- Heart and Central Nervous System)
Hun(Liver and Mental Balance) Po (Lungs and The Sensations)),
this Flower grows luxuriantly.
Therefore, there is the fullness of the 'Six Harmonies' (the Universe) that
one can take advantage of.
One can take advantage of it for use with the world outside of themself.
Also it gives the capability to produce Change (Bian).
