Dòng-Shì Dé Jiàn Wú Nèi-Wài
Profound Vision is the result of seeing none of the things that are internal or external.
Yŏu Xiǎng Sān-Sān Rú Jī Hé Jiŭ Wéi Yī Míng-Chè Tiān-Shàng Jiāo Yŏu Nèi-Wài
Consider that [the] three threes
combine harmoniously into nine.
Due to this, the Single Transparent Heaven,
also found within the Upper Warmer (the Cavity and Organs above the Diaphram),
exists both internally and externally.
Cún Shù Wŭ-Yá Bù Jī Kĕ
By always keeping in stock the Five Buds,
one will never be hungry or thirsty.
Líng-Bǎo Yŏu Fú Yù Wŭ-Yá Zhĕ Wŭ-Xíng Zhī Shēng-Qì
The 'Numinous Treasure' Tradition (compiled by Lu Xiu-jang)
deals with how to take a dose that resists these things, known as
the 'Five Buds' (Wu Ya).
These are the Five (Elemental) Activities that supply Vitality,
