Yǐ Pèi Wŭ-Zàng Yuán-Jīng-Jīng Yún Cháng Yǐ Lì Chūn Zhī Rì Jī Míng Shí Rù Shì Dòng-Xiàng Jiŭ-Bài

the Five Viscera (the Heart, Liver, Lungs, Spleen, and Kidneys).
The 'Primary Essence of Life Classic' says
to develop the constant habit to carry out,
At the Begining of Spring (the first festival fortnight (4th to 5th of February))
every day, when the cocks crow in the morning,
to enter a room, face towards the East
and bow many times. [After this is done] then sit peacefully.
After this has been done, click the teeth together nine times in total.
Thought is directed towards the East,

where is found the Precious Flower Grove (Bao Hua Lin)
of the Cerulean God (of the Gallbladder).
Starting with the Venerable Sovereign [of the] Nine,
thousands and thousands of human beings
descend into the house, which is strongly fragrant and refined, being cloud-like
as this is also, covering over how it looks.
following into the Mouth it goes,
then straight downward to the Liver's Official Residence.
The Incantation to now say at this time

Jiŭ Qì Qīng Tiān Yuán-Shǐ Shàng Jīng Huáng Lǎo Zūn Shén
is the 'Nine Qi Nine Heavens Primal Origin Upper Essence'.
Huang Lao, the most venerated of the gods,
