To 'Form the Pearl' so that it becomes Solid Essence,
one needs to nourish the energy of the Root.

To 'Form the Pearl' means to swallow the liquid, before and after interspersed with each other as if they were Pearls, becoming formed of Solid Essence (Gu Jing).
It is not untrue that, [watered] by the Pool of the gods (Chi Shen),
[is nourished] the Root is that from which comes the form of the human body!

The gods are found in the body, just as in the same manner that a country has
a Sovereign ruler.
A Sovereign because of having to deal with everybody.
A Sovereign because of having to rule over Life and Fate (Ming).
A Sovereign because it is not just at the Capital that occurs the authorization
of money, this not just as it is normally thought of as being used to making a living, but also to reregiment one' health.
