Anxious and eager to help, the Young Son (Zi) brings about the Essence (Jing)

Lìng Rén Bì Qì Huán Jīng Zì Shŏu Wù Wàng Shī Xiè Huán
Jīng Bŭ Nǎo Bù Sǐ Zhī Dào
To be able to carry out Breath Retention (Bi Qi),
so that Returning the Essence (Huan Jing)
through Self-Monitoring (Zi Shou) is not wrong or absurd to carry out,
but instead rather easy.
Returning the Essence also nourishes the Brain,
so truly, Eternal Life is of the Way (Dao).
Tā Zhōng Yŏu Shì Cháng Bù Jiàng
At its Center there is a Learned Gentleman (Shi) who frequently is
not within that Deep Red (Jiang).
Cháng Cún Sī Xīn Shén Zhù Jiàng Dān Yī Chū Rù
Wú Zāi Hài Kĕ Què Zhòng Xié Yĕ
Through constant visualization in the Conscious Mind (Xin Shen)
there are shown the deep red garments [of the Pure One].
Coming in and going out, no calamity is possible.
In fact, [he] drives back in refusal, the crowd of perversity and badness.
