Míng Táng Sì Dá Fǎ Hǎi Yuán
The Bright Hall (located one inch behind the frontal sinus)
is the home of the Four Clear Understandings (Si Da).
From it, it flows to the Sea (Hai) that is its Source (Yuan).
Méi Tóu Yī Cùn Wéi Míng Táng Qì Jiē Liú Dá Rú Hǎi Zhī Yuán Yĕ
The Eyebrows on the Head are said to be One Inch (Yi Cun) because
that is the location of the Bright Hall (located one inch behind the frontal sinus).
The Qi all flows until it reaches the Sea (Hai),
which is the Fundamental Source (Yuan) [in the body].
Zhēn Rén Zǐ Dān Dāng Wú Qián
A Perfected One, the 'Youth of the Cinnabar', persists in our Front.
Chì Zǐ Wéi Zhēn Rén Zì Zǐ Dān Zài Míng Táng Zhōng Cháng
Néng Sī Zhī Shòu Nǎi Kĕ Yán
The 'Newborn Baby' is the Perfected One (a Pure Man).
In writings somethimes the characters 'Zi Dan' ('Youth of the Cinnabar')
are used for this one who exists within the Bright Hall
(located one inch behind the frontal sinus) in the Center.
Having the constant ability to concentrate thought upon Longevity
will produce Prolongment.
