Jī Jīng Suō Zhì Wéi Zhuān Nián
Storing up of Essence (Jing) in the proper place,
means that one must give up [all else ] to do so for the span of an entire year.

Yīn Yáng Bù Wàng Shī Jīng Shén Bù Lòu Xiĕ Jī Jīng
Shòu Qì Shòu Kĕ Wàn Sùi Yǐ
Yin and Yang, not rashly used.
The Animal Spirits (Jing Shen) of the body, not allowed to leak out or be divulged.
Storing up this Essence and receiving the Qi,
then longevity may be extended for ten thousand years!

Rén Jiē Shí Gŭ Yŭ Wŭ Wèi
Human beings all eat cereals and [other] things having
the Five Tastes (Wu Wei).

Sú Rén Shí Tŭ Dì Zhī Jīng Yǐ Shēn Sǐ Bào Dì Shèng Rén
Shí Yuán Hé Zhī Qì Yǐ Shēn Xiān Bào Tiān
It is the custom of common man to eat food from out of the earth.
Therefore, Essence is extracted from there ,and when death comes,
the body reports itself to Earth.
The Sage eats food that is primally basic and harmonious to the Qi,
and by doing so thee body of a Fairy reports itself to Heaven.
