Yì Zhōng Dòng Jìng Qì Dé Xíng
The meaning of the Center's 'Movement due to Jing Qi'
(the Essential Motive Qi of Life)
is that one gains this capability overall.

Wèi Cún Shŏu Nèi Shén Shēn Xīn Ān Jìng Bù Wàng Jīng Dòng
Qì Yì Xíng Zhī Gù Yĕ

The meaning here is that throughout the Storing (Cun) and Defending (Shou)
carried out by the inner gods of the body.
The Heart needs remain Tranquil (An Jing) so as to not disturb the Qi
as its changes and exchanges are being carried out.


Dào Zì Chí Wŏ Shén Míng Guāng
The Way (Dao) is to Control Oneself (Zi Chi).
[If this is done,] then our Spirit-Light (Shen Ming) shines bright.

Shŏu Yī Niàn Dào Chí Hù Wŏ Jīng Shén Míng Guāng Yĕ
Abiding by the one thought of the Way (Dao) is
to hold onto and guard our Essence,
then the Spirit-Light (Shen Ming- the Mind) will shine with brightness.
