QīKŏng Sì Tōng Bù Zhī Lǎo
The 'Seven Aperatures' (the Eyes, Ears, Nostrils, and Mouth)
at the time of the Sixth Earthly Branch (Si (9-11am))
open up to allow the Not Knowing of Old Age.
Tóu Miàn Qī Kŏng Jīng Shén Mén Hù Tōng Lì Shēn Shí
Bù Zhī Lǎo Yĕ
The Head and Face [are the location for] the 'Seven Aperatures' (Qi Kong).
The Animal Spirits (Jing Shen) have a Gateway that leads to benefits for the body.
To Know this (Shi), is to Not Know Old Age (Bu Shi Lao).
Huán Zuò Tiān Mén Hòu Yīn Yáng
Returning to sit at Heaven's Gate, waiting for the states of Yin and Yang.
Cháo Shí Yáng Qì Mù Shí Yīn Qì Dū Hùi Yú Kŏu
In the morning to eat the the Positive Qi (Yang Qi),
and in the evening to eat the Negative Qi (Yin Qi)
at the City in the Mouth.
